Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires and onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Directs team, delegates responsibilities and ensures completion.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts and cash counts.
• Ensures food quality, safety and operational standards are met.
