After a designated training period, the Trainee may manage a designated Company operated Restaurant for up to 90 days, with responsibility for people, operations, and financial metrics. Requirements include 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office, valid state driver’s license, open availability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records accuracy.
• Ensure health, safety, and brand standards are met.
• Train staff on Brand and Company standards on an ongoing basis.
• Manage daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
• Report incidents per policy and maintain safety compliance.
