Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.

• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates shift duties.
• Manages production, food safety, and regulatory standards.
• Operates cash, sales, and inventory controls accurately.
