Job summary

Circle K in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for an eventual Restaurant Manager role. The program provides hands-on operation experience, people management, and financial metrics under the District Manager's supervision.

During training you will learn scheduling, food safety, guest service, and brand standards. Open availability is preferred as you rotate through shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
• Open availability required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service; coaches and corrects team members as necessary
• recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties while ensuring completion
• Establishes build to’s and maintains the production management system
• Directs team and ensures all food items meet Brand and health regulations
• Supervises and coaches team members to follow food prep guidelines
• Ensures team training on Brand and Company standards
• Communicates with district manager and completes daily, weekly and periodic paperwork
• Manages cash, sales, inventory control, and reports incidents per policy
• Guards safety and compliance with government laws and safety codes
