Job summary

Circle K in Prosperity, SC is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare you for a Restaurant Manager role. After training, you may oversee daily operations of a Circle K restaurant for up to 90 days, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager.

The role emphasizes guest service, recruiting, training, safety, and adherence to Brand standards while developing leadership and operational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coach and correct team members as necessary.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and manage shift responsibilities and duties.
• Establish build to’s and manage the production system.
• Direct food preparation and service in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervise and coach team members on food prep and production standards.
• Ensure team training on Brand and Company standards.
• Communicate with district manager and complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork.
• Maintain safety for staff and guests and report facility issues.
