Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and manage shift duties.
• Manage production and ensure items meet brand, company, and health standards.
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Communicate with the district manager and complete daily paperwork.
