Pizza Hut in a Midwest franchise is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage food quality, safety, labor, and costs while driving sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership and communication skills, and the energy to build a positive team culture. Flexible schedule and reliable transportation are required; eligibility to work in the U.S. is a must.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for people.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
