Responsibilities

7. Drive business results using Chili's systems to control costs
8. Follow operational procedures like the Manager Timeline and perform quality Line Checks
9. Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles
10. Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships
11. Practice safe food handling procedures
