Patterson-S. Rogers McDonald's is hiring for a Restaurant Manager of the Future. This full-time, hourly role begins as a short-term training position designed to grow into the Restaurant Manager role.

The position offers a pay of $24.75 per hour with opportunities for advancement, tuition assistance, and extensive benefits. You’ll lead restaurant operations, manage people processes, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction while developing team capability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding; staffing; performance management; training and motivation.
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety.
• Be results oriented: Oversee all operational needs including maintenance to meet standards.
