[NEW]802 Pacific McDonald's in Stockton, CA is seeking a Restaurant Manager of the Future. This full-time, short-term training role leads toward restaurant management, with a wage of $24.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Lead and manage People processes including Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing, Performance Management, Train, coach and motivate.
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety.
• Be results oriented: Oversee all operational needs, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
