Qualifications

• Proven management experience (2+ years) in a restaurant setting.
• Flexible to work at other locations within the region.
• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal/written).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH with a team of staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Control labor and food/beverage costs through ordering and inventory.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Recruit talent for future staff openings and support promotions.
