Colony Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team across CT markets. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hospitality management, knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and strong communication and financial skills. This is a full-time on-site role with performance-based rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality management or customer service leadership.
• Knowledge of beer, wines, and spirits.
• Experience with restaurant management software.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Financial management experience.
• Proven event planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
