Colony Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and lead hospitality teams across multiple locations. Candidates should bring strong leadership, guest-service focus, and beverage management experience to ensure exceptional experiences and brand growth.

You will manage costs, train staff, and coordinate with teams during events and MLB/MLS home games, while maintaining Colony Grill’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality managerial experience.
• Knowledge of beer, wines and spirits.
• Overall beverage management experience: smart ordering.
• Computer literacy with restaurant management software.
• Experience in new business development and event planning.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Good financial management skills.
• Critical thinker with proactive problem-solving.
• Time-management and prioritization skills.
• Team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license.
