Whataburger is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume setting across the United States. You will drive quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality, while coaching a large team and partnering with leadership to reach sales and profitability goals.

You will ensure food safety, model Whataburger values, and guide talent development through structured training and performance reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Must have leadership experience and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
• Able to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it during training.
• Hold a valid driver's license and meet state liability requirements.
