Whataburger is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume location with a large team. You will drive daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while developing your leadership skills and preparing for future opportunities with the company.

You will manage performance, coach team members, and partner with the restaurant leadership to meet revenue, labor, and food-cost targets, all while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards with friendly, fast Whataburger experiences.
• Coach and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Lead shifts and support talent development and training.
