Job summary

Outback Steakhouse, operated by Out West Restaurant Group, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations for up to 50+ staff. The role includes leadership, mentorship, and ensuring guest satisfaction, with growth through an extensive MIT program.

You’ll drive profitability through effective labor and cost controls, maintain safety and quality standards, and recruit top talent to support our cluster locations in the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Experience leading 50+ staff in a full-service environment is desirable.
• Proven track record of building a positive guest experience and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage labor, food, and beverage costs; monitor inventory and ordering practices.
