Carlisle Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Wendy’s location in Pascagoula, MS. The role supports the General Manager in coaching the team and creating a fun, respectful work environment while ensuring compliance with all policies and laws.

The manager will lead, interview, train, and develop all crew, schedule staff efficiently, and drive profitability and customer satisfaction through strong operations and service execution.

Responsibilities

• Labor costs and staffing planned against projected sales; adjust schedules for shift coverage.
• Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs and waste.
• Track waste levels and communicate issues to GM/DM for action.
• Ensure food costs are controlled and theft is minimized.
• Monitor product quality by speaking with customers and observing operations.
• Provide feedback to improve crew performance and service quality.
• Train crew on service times, customer courtesy, and response to customer needs.
• Establish daily SOS goals and communicate them to the team.
• Train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow the cleaning plan.
• Train crew on new products and support GM in training new managers.
• Cross-train staff for flexible shift coverage and recognize high performers.
• Follow flowcharts to meet prep and production goals and manage inventory.
• Keep inventory records, conduct weekly stock, and ensure cash/security controls.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policy standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform administrative duties and write crew schedules per GM/DM plans.
• Support preventative maintenance and coach crew on equipment care.
