Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Experience: 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• General knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to train others in Wendy’s systems (WeLearn) and employee development.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Lead staffing and hiring processes, conduct interviews, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor product quality and train crew to meet service standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning plans.
• Train and develop crew and new managers, including cross-training.
• Follow procedures to control inventory, cash, and safety.
