• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Lead and train crew, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Develop staffing plans with GM/DM and support scheduling.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and inventory levels to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
