Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people who make your restaurant stand out.

Our program supports leadership development with in-restaurant training, individual development plans and ongoing training and certification to keep you at the top of your game. We emphasize work-life balance with hours from 11 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the team.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction, create a safe engaging environment, and ensure compliance with employment policies.
• Manage performance including evaluations, training, coaching and discipline; select top talent.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean, safe dining area.
