Job summary

Shake Shack in Nashville seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and service. You will train staff, manage guest experience, and drive brand initiatives in the local community.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of restaurant operations, and a focus on safety and quality standards in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence at all levels; strong financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
