Red Lobster is seeking an ambitious Restaurant Manager to lead operations, ensure high-quality seafood and beverage service, and maximize guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and inspire a team while driving sales and maintaining safety standards.

The role supports professional development with in-restaurant training, benefits eligibility, and a focus on work-life balance with operating hours from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Comped dining and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
