Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Must be 21+ years old at hire and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach hourly staff and shift leaders to meet service standards.
• Delegate tasks and monitor guest experience and service quality.
• Monitor product and labor costs to stay within budgets.
• Staff appropriately to meet guest demand and forecast needs.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for food safety and upkeep.
