Job summary

Landry’s Seafood is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy restaurant team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will own daily operations, mentor a talented staff, and ensure profitability while upholding service standards.

The successful candidate will oversee front and back of house operations, enforce cost controls, and maintain a welcoming, polished restaurant image, aligning with Landry’s hospitality culture and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Regional or multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that drive profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proficiency in using computer and math tools.
• Stable, progressive work history and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
• Ensure financial (invoices, reporting) and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time per policies.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service; investigate and resolve complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts including scheduling, planning, and maintaining high-quality food preparation and service.
