Job summary

Subway Washington is seeking a Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, supervise staff, manage inventory and safety, and collaborate with local marketing. You will recruit and train team members, maintain records, analyze sales data, and participate in promotions and events.

Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervision experience and a high school diploma are required; a college degree is preferred. Full-time/part-time shifts vary by location.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of staff.
• Experience supervising and training restaurant staff is required.
• Must understand inventory and money-control procedures.
• Ability to maintain safe and clean restaurant standards.

Responsibilities
