The ideal candidate will have at least two years of front-of-house management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for execution and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring the team with a people-first mentality to build CPK's culture.
