Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or hospitality settings.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience emphasis.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, menus, and ingredients.
• Experience with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and front-/back-of-house management.
• Maintain service excellence and an elevated guest dining experience.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relations, and sanitation/safety compliance.
• Organize staff scheduling and shift coverage to ensure optimal operations.
• Develop and uphold hospitality standards and company policies.
