Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Williamsport, PA to lead daily restaurant operations focused on high-quality seafood and beverage service and guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team while driving sales and ensuring safe food handling and policy compliance.

Balance your schedule with our 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. operating hours and benefit from our in-restaurant training program, ongoing development plans and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Creating a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensuring compliance with all employment policies.
• Managing performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Selecting top talent to add to our winning team.
