Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager to operate the Hardee's restaurant in Christiansburg. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of service, food quality and safety, and manage costs while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
• Available to work all shifts and weekends
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills
• Consistent and reliable
• Cheerful and Positive Attitude

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff per company standards and in compliance with regulations
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior / General Manager
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
• Assist with crew member duties as needed
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training
• Maintain adequate supplies and inventory to operate the restaurant
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and accurate
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to company standards
• Comply with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times
