Boddie-Noell Enterprises is hiring exceptional Restaurant Managers for Hardee's restaurants in Virginia. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead by example, and strive to exceed standards in service, quality, and cleanliness to drive profitability.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule and train teams, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with regulations. Join a values-driven team with opportunities for advancement and pay rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Able to lead and train a team.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior / General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
