Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Hardee's locations in Virginia. The role operates the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, driving sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule, control labor costs, train crew, and manage inventory and cash procedures, all while leading with a positive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and maintain service levels.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to procedures.
