Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Recruit staff.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Be a team player.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including local and national food safety codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready for new marketing window.
• Plan special events and promotions.
