Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge and POS familiarity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful, while managing inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit staff and coordinate local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security and plan events or promotions.
