You will build a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while overseeing scheduling, inventory, and back-office processes.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication, plus experience hiring, training, and developing staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Scheduling and inventory management experience.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
