Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations at our Forest City location. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, schedules, inventory, and uphold company standards while delivering strong sales performance.

The role requires hands-on coaching, effective communication, and the ability to hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
