Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train crew and shift leaders; provide coaching.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and safety guidelines.
• Drive profitability and manage inventory and scheduling.
• Handle cash management and loss prevention.
• Recruit and hire crew to meet staffing needs.
• Support execution of marketing initiatives.
