• Track waste and ensure proper crew placement and efficiency.
• Communicate problems in sales/ profit to GM/DM.
• Train crew in new products and customer courtesy.
• Direct and train crew to meet service times and standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety per policies.
• Direct maintenance and preventative programs for equipment.
