You will hire, train and inspire the team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and maintain a safe, compliant, and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a focus on quality seafood and beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring safety and policy compliance.
