Chick-fil-A Layton is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to join the team and help lead the restaurant into its next stage of growth. This leader will work closely with Owner/Operator Jeff Dagerath to develop people, strengthen daily operations, and build a culture of excellence.

• Develop Team Leaders and Operations Leads.
• Own key areas such as training, scheduling, inventory, or systems.
• Work with Owner/Operator to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Foster a safe, positive, high-performing culture.
• Contribute to new growth initiatives like drive-thru and curbside.
