Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry with knowledge of food safety; Serve Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure Dunkin Brands and Company standards.
• Lead and develop the team through hiring, training, and coaching for fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by implementing strategies to boost loyalty and performance.
• Ensure compliance and quality in food safety, cleanliness, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture and manage inventory and costs to maximize efficiency.
