Job summary

Carlisle Corporation’s Wendy’s Bellevue, OH location is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment. You will identify and place the right talent, schedule effectively, and oversee daily operations with GM/DM support.

You will lead training, ensure compliance with company policies, drive sales and profitability, monitor food costs, and uphold standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Review monthly budget and P&L.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitor food costs to prevent waste.
• Train and develop crew; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Direct and train new managers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee inventory and weekly deliveries.
• Execute SOS goals and ensure proper shift coverage.
