Job summary

The Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and upholding Cane’s standards and culture during shift management.

You will manage a fast-paced kitchen environment, supervise crewmembers, ensure cash handling accuracy, and deliver exemplary customer service while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Occasional travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn new systems quickly.
• Restaurant or retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant leader in daily operations.
• Open and close the restaurant; act as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Direct crewmembers and provide customer service.
• Utilize rewards program and approve promotions/time clock overrides.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Attend training and travel as needed.
