Job summary

José Andrés Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily service across all dayparts, coach teams, and ensure consistent delivery of JAG standards. You will be highly visible on the floor, model anticipatory hospitality, and drive guest satisfaction, while maintaining safety and quality.

This salaried role requires 2–4+ years of FOH leadership, experience with reservations and POS platforms, and a track record of managing shifts, labor, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years FOH leadership in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Experience running busy shifts with guest experience, coaching, and cost controls.
• Familiar with reservations and POS systems (Resy/SevenRooms/TOCK/MICROS/Toast) and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service across all dayparts and activations (à la carte, bar, private dining, events).
• Coach service standards, handle guest recovery, and drive VIP relations.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent; performance coaching and progressive discipline as needed.
