Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, LLC in Grandville, MI is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, uphold our friendly, high-standards service, and lead a team with pride.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure guest satisfaction
• Lead staffing, interviewing and hiring while maintaining high standards
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies; ensure health inspections meet standards
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while upholding service standards
• Maintain working knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant
