THE ONE GROUP in Eden Prairie is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a top-tier guest experience. You will lead a capable team and drive both service excellence and financial performance.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, and collaborate with leadership on promotional efforts to grow guest traffic.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge for staff education.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.).
• Acute financial management skills with budgets and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Maintain service excellence and a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relations, and sanitation compliance.
• Organize staff shifts and ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train and mentor staff.
• Lead guest satisfaction initiatives and uphold brand standards.
• Develop marketing/promotional initiatives to increase guest traffic.
• Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
