King’s Pointe Resort in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Regatta Restaurant. You’ll lead the on-site restaurant team, oversee staffing, control costs, and ensure high quality service and compliance with SOPs.

You will also supervise the concession stand and catering operations, recruit and train staff, and coordinate with the General Manager and Kitchen Supervisor to implement new menu concepts and trends. This is a full-time on-site role at our Storm Lake property.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in hotel/restaurant/hospitality management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in food service with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams in hospitality.
• Strong professional demeanor and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team; obtain necessary certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant on site.
• Manage day-to-day staffing, assignments, and team development.
• Control costs: food, beverage, supplies, labor; handle invoices and payroll per policy.
• Forecast food/beverage needs, schedule orders and deliveries to minimize waste.
• Enforce sanitary practices and SOP compliance; ensure high-quality preparation and service.
• Maintain restaurant image, uniforms, cleanliness; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train, recruit, and develop the restaurant team; uphold OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and manage budget and loss prevention.
