King's Pointe Resort in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a diligent busser to support our serving staff. You will help clear, clean, and reset tables and assist with service and guest requests. A strong eye for detail and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities include clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and maintaining a spotless dining area between seatings. This is a physical, fast-paced role within a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Passion for customer service in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy dining area.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support host staff by guiding guests to tables and presenting menus.
• Assist customers with questions and requests, directing as needed.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables between seatings.
• Assist service staff with serving food and refilling beverages.
• Handle cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and utensils.
• Report damages, shortages, and complaints to the manager.
• Move tables and chairs to accommodate guests as needed.
• Tidy the restaurant after service and prep for next shift.
• Perform other duties related to guest service as assigned.
