Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable leader to assist the Store Manager with daily Stationstore operations, staff oversight, and merchandising. You will participate in hiring, supervise teams, and help ensure fast, friendly service to customers while maintaining high standards of operation.

This role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and hands-on execution of store tasks, with a focus on attendance, food program execution, and exemplary customer care within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor or management experience is desirable.
Recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills are valued.
Experience handling food is a plus.
High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
