Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive great guest experiences at our location. You will coach and develop the team, ensure food quality and safety, manage labor, and strive to improve sales and profitability.

The role requires supervisory experience in food service, a high-energy, people-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including peak lunch and dinner periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a food service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for people.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Basic business math and computer skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
