Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required; 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service and guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the people that make the restaurant stand out.
• Manage performance of team members including evaluations, training, coaching and discipline.
• Select top talent to add to the winning team.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and ensure compliance with employment policies.
